How can I personalise my order?

  • For all personalised products please provide "PERSONALISATION" in Cart/Checkout under "Order special instructions".
  • Alternatively if order has been placed already provide "PERSONALISATION" with "Order Reference Number" and submit via Contact page.

Are the canvases hand painted?

  • Yes/No, we have a dedicated artist who designs & hand paints all of our canvas designs,
  • Our small personalised canvases are all hand painted.
  • Our larger canvases are high quality prints, a remake of our original painting.

Do you ship to my country?

  • Yes, we proudly ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

  • All Non-Personalised Orders will be shipped within 12 hours.
  • All Personalised Orders have a specified process time before being shipped. Processing time can be found on each product page under Delivery/Order Time.

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

  • Yes, all orders are provided with a "Unique Tracking Number" & can be tracked using this number.

Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?

  • Non-personalised orders have a 14-day return policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Personalised orders have a strict No-return/refund policy. We can only accept cancellations/refunds 1-2 days after point of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Sure, You can cancel/change your order within 12 hours of confirmation for both non-personalised and personalised orders.

What payment methods do you take?

  • We accept ALL major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple pay and more, please see payment methods below in footer of webpage.
  • All payments are securely processed and personal information kept disclosed - Nice!

Do I need to pay import duties?

  • We understand when our customers are at checkout, seeing the final price go up due to taxes/etc is a great let down. So we proudly take all absorption for all taxes/VAT. So that the Price you see is the price you pay!
  • Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country/region of receipt.
